The Tulsa County Clerk’s Office is now open in Broken Arrow's historic Rose District on Main Street.

 

Services Offered at this location include: 

• Marriage licenses

• Copies of marriage licenses

• Copies of divorce decrees up to 2004

• Civil documents except name change

• Probate documents except NEW guardianships

• Pre-judgement documents (WITHOUT children)

• New divorces (WITHOUT children)

It is open Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm and Saturdays from 9 am to 1 pm.
